One-level maisonette/ Duplex 1

Laguna Park Hotel has a total of 20 maisonettes, divided into two types - maisonette on one and on two levels.

We have a total of 12 maisonettes on one level / 5 of them have two bathrooms and the other 7 are with one bathroom/

Each maisonette has a bedroom and another  room, with a connecting door between them, with TV and air conditioning in each of the 2 rooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms with a shower cabin and a toilet.

In the one-bathroom type - the second room is much more spacious with a large balcony, thе bathroom is also more spacious.

This type of room is a great solution for families with slightly older children or for friendly families who want to spend their vacation together. A minimum of 4 adults or 4 adults + 2 children can be accommodated in a maisonette.

Each room has its own cable TV. The terrace is big enough and convenient for  relaxation of  everyone and it is furnished with plastic  chairs, a table and a clothes dryer.
